We are looking for a seasonal boatyard operative from mid-June until September. No previous experience is needed but you must be able to swim. Hours are negational but it will include Sundays. We look forward to hearing from you.

Job description

Help to maintain the existing hire fleet of electric and diesel day boats.
Help to run the day hire boats during the season including customer handovers and ongoing maintenance and breakdowns for a small fleet of 7 day boats.
Rescue of boats when required using the rib rescue boat.
Take bookings and payments
Assist with cleaning
Performing checks on each boat before customer handover
Re-fuel, pump-outs and water fill
Assist in other areas of the business when needed.

Essential Requirements

Some carpentry skills
Undertake customer boat briefings for the day-hire fleet. (Training given )
Must be of good general health – very physical job
Confident around water.
